WRSTBND is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to guide the company’s next growth phase, reporting to the board and partnering with the CEO to supervise operations, finance, HR, IT, legal, risk, and project management. • 8+ years in senior operational leadership roles.
• Experience scaling high-growth technology-enabled businesses.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Experience leading ops, finance, HR, IT, legal and admin.
