Qualifications

• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior client executives with expansion of accounts.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, including professional services economics, margins, and capacity forecasting.
• Executive presence with ability to translate strategy into rigorous operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a high-level strategic advisor to key clients and build trusted C-suite relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and translate growth plans into actionable operating rhythms.
• Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial health with a focus on profitability.
