This hands-on, non-managerial role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and practical implementation of improvements.

You will lead projects, develop CI roadmaps, and support KPIs like OEE and scrap, while adapting to flexible shifts as projects require, and staying current with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Experience with processing equipment, throughput, and understanding manufacturing processes.
• Lean principles and CI methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Strong safety knowledge and procedures for a safe workplace.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop, scope, and implement CI projects on the floor to deliver technical solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities and support their implementation.
• Lead structured problem solving (PDCA, DMAIC, A3, 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams to gain buy-in for improvements.
• Track budgets/forecasts and contribute to cost reduction through actions.
• Develop CI roadmaps and tools for prioritization and sustainment.
