Job summary

Ultium Cells LLC is seeking a Production Engineer for the Cell Assembly department in Spring Hill, TN. This onsite role focuses on continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and optimizing automated manufacturing processes to achieve high yield and productivity.

You will work with internal and external customers and vendors to resolve urgent issues, train operators, and drive cost-effective manufacturing improvements while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or manufacturing in a highly automated environment.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Experience with large production lines and process controls is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production and quality goals are achieved through teamwork and clear communication.
• Train and develop Operators for success in the team’s goals and for future opportunities.
• Evaluate and update production schedules while overseeing quality control and timely production.
