Sheridan New Hampshire is hiring two team members for a full-time bindery assistant role. You’ll learn to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to creating printed materials.

We train you with a safety-first mindset, emphasize teamwork and reliability, and offer overtime opportunities and benefits after 30 days. No prior bindery experience is required; experience operating machinery in any industry is acceptable.

• Experience operating machinery in any industry.
• Able to read decimals and sizes.
• Team-focused and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, etc.).
• Keep machines running smoothly with adjustments and quality checks.
• Hit daily production goals as part of a team.
• Inspect finished products for quality.
• Troubleshoot minor issues to keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace.
