The Sheridan Group at Sheridan New Hampshire is seeking a Bindery Assistant. We’ll train you to operate high-speed bindery equipment and contribute to the production of books, catalogs, and printed materials. You’ll join a fast-paced, team-oriented floor and help hit daily production goals.

No prior bindery experience is required—we’ll train you. You’ll be part of a stable, full-time production team with overtime opportunities and a path to grow in print manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in any industry (manufacturing, warehouse, trades, etc.).
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Able to read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.).
• Takes pride in delivering quality work and works well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, perfect binders).
• Keep machines running smoothly by making adjustments and monitoring quality.
• Work as part of a team to hit daily production goals.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
