Job summary

Flock & Fresh is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, mentor team members, and uphold standards across multiple shifts in a fast-casual setting. The role blends hands-on supervision with training and operational readiness to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

You will work closely with General Managers, coach staff in real time, manage cash handling and safety protocols, and help implement new procedures and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Possess a current Manager Food Handler’s certification before starting work.
• Previous experience in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment is strongly preferred.
• One or more years of restaurant leadership, shift supervision, or comparable team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with clear direction, deployment, and accountability.
• Maintain a hands-on presence in food preparation, guest service, and overall restaurant readiness.
• Coach Team Members and Shift Managers in real time and escalate as needed.
• Support onboarding, training, and adherence to company standards across shifts.
• Review shift results and guest feedback with management and implement improvements.
