Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Must possess a current Manager Food Handler’s certification before starting work.
• Previous restaurant leadership or shift supervision is preferred.
• Internal candidates must demonstrate proficiency in core operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shifts with clear direction, organization, and accountability.
• Direct and support Team Members to maintain pace, coverage, and accuracy.
• Ensure opening, closing procedures, logs, and shift duties are completed on time.
• Monitor station readiness, product levels, and communicate shortages promptly.
• Coach and reinforce standards while recognizing strong performance.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and with escalation when needed.
• Maintain cash handling and shift reporting accuracy.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Step into any restaurant role as needed to protect guest experience.
