Job summary

Parachute Health is recruiting a Director of AI Engineering to lead a small pod of 2-4 engineers, designing, building, and deploying AI-first solutions across the organization. This hands-on role requires shipping production code and steering AI strategies that reduce operational waste.

You will own the AI automation roadmap across internal operations such as supplier onboarding, clinician activation, sales, finance, and support, driving throughput and measurable impact with modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered systems with measurable impact.
• Experience deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC for AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions.
• Own the AI automation roadmap across internal ops.
• Lead a 2-4 engineer pod, hands-on and setting pace.
• Turn problems into scalable AI-first systems.
• Evaluate tooling and architectures for AI initiatives.
