Responsibilities

• Develop in an agile environment with TDD and pair programming
• Contribute to balanced teams, shaping the application with product and design
• Direct key technical decisions on application and data model design
• Maintain stable and performant application stacks
• Deliver high-quality code aligned with business goals
• Understand data structures, TDD, and design patterns
• Lead a team in making technical decisions
• Participate in on-call rotation to resolve critical issues and improve reliability
• Leverage AI developer tools to speed development and improve code quality
