Job summary

Strive Health Services LLC is seeking a Principal AI Engineer to turn enterprise AI into real operating leverage. You will be a forward‑deployed AI engineer embedded with leaders to identify high‑value problems, prototype solutions, and drive adoption of platforms like Claude Code and Glean.

You will collaborate across clinical operations, corporate functions, and technology to automate workflows, build internal copilots, and ensure safe, scalable AI capabilities in a regulated healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software/ML/data/solutions engineering experience.
• 2+ years building AI-powered systems including generative AI and retrieval-based approaches.
• Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor in ambiguous environments.
• Strong fundamentals in software engineering and production-grade tools.
• Experience translating operational pain points into technical solutions.
• Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify high‑leverage AI opportunities with business leaders.
• Embed with teams to translate workflows into practical automations and agents.
• Design and deploy internal AI‑enabled solutions using Claude Code, Glean, and related tools.
• Create reusable patterns and reference implementations for enterprise adoption.
• Ensure AI solutions are safe, governed, and maintainable in regulated healthcare environments.
• Influence tool selection and rollout based on measurable business impact.
