Job summary

Capital Health seeks a Director of Product Engineering & AI to lead the enterprise product engineering, AI-enabled workflow transformation, and automation initiatives. You will drive design, development, integration, and operation of internal digital solutions to improve clinical, operational, financial, and patient outcomes.

In this role you will establish an agile engineering governance, partner with clinical, operational, and security leaders, and build a high-performing team focused on value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Data Analytics, AI, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Product Engineering & AI across Capital Health.
• Develop scalable internal product engineering model aligned with transformation priorities.
• Oversee AI-enabled applications, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
