Job summary

Juspay is building foundational payments infrastructure and AI-enabled capabilities. We are seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager who works directly with customers to prototype, define requirements, and drive feature delivery on our core platform in the US market.

You will own the customer-facing layer end-to-end, translating technical needs into actionable product specs, and collaborating with engineering on live transactions and agent-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Applied Math, or Engineering.
• 0–2 years in product management, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or software engineering.
• Ability to prototype against a REST API and SDK, and debug demos.
• Comfort reading API docs and logs; translate tech tradeoffs to business terms.

Responsibilities

• Prototype solutions with customers via fast demos and new features on core platform.
• Translate a prospect's stack and constraints into buildable requirements.
• Stay engaged post-close as product owner through go-live with customers.
• Define early AI-powered capabilities and feed learnings back to engineering.
