Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for the Global Banking - Payments Sales Experience Product Team.

You will own the strategic direction, execution, and long-term evolution of a critical product portfolio, spanning lead-to-revenue workflow, client intelligence, CRM, onboarding, and revenue realization. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to design, launch, and scale intelligent products that leverage automation, analytics, and agentic AI.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of experience in product management or closely related roles with increasing scope and accountability for enterprise-scale products.
Experience modernizing and scaling CRM, sales, and revenue platforms in enterprise environments.
Strong command of the product development lifecycle, including strategy, discovery, delivery, and optimization in regulated or data-intensive environments.

Responsibilities

Sets product vision and strategy for Payments Sales experiences leveraging AI, analytics, and automation to drive differentiation and business impact.
Partners with Design, Data, and Technology to identify, prioritize, and fund high-value product opportunities.
Owns end-to-end product accountability across data, compliance, risk, and operations.
Leads product discovery through user research, journey mapping, experimentation, and market analysis for an AI-enabled roadmap.
Establishes and monitors product success metrics and uses insights to guide prioritization and investments.
