OnePay is seeking a Product Manager to scale our agent-driven capabilities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and real user value. You will translate customer needs into roadmap, and be hands-on from strategy to single-conversation decisions.

You will lead cross-functional work across engineering, design, research, data science, legal, and support, shipping capabilities that improve the live agent experience and trust in a regulated money-movement product.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in product management with hands-on ownership of an AI/LLM-powered product.
• Experience building or operating an agent harness or similar systems.
• Daily use of LLM-based tools in work and life, with data-driven decisions.
• Ability to move between strategy, hands-on work, and shipping.
• Proficiency in SQL and pulling data for analysis.
• Concern for user trust, safety and compliance in money-moving products.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for agent capabilities.
• Ship new agent features and improve existing ones as models evolve.
• Own the agent harness and maintain quality standards for responses.
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and customer trust in a regulated product.
• Lead cross-functional work across engineering, design, research, data science, legal, compliance, and support.
• Use signals from customers, product and quality to prioritize the roadmap.
