Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Merchant Insights AI Transformation portfolio. You will own the vision, drive roadmaps, and partner with business, data science, and engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled capabilities at enterprise scale.

You will prioritize across a diverse product portfolio, manage cross-functional delivery, mentor a team of product associates, and track key metrics to optimize value, ROI, and risk controls within the payments domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
• Experience with Jira, Figma, Copilot or similar tools; mastery of PowerPoint (for now) and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies
• Experience with Risk & Controls processes
• Passion for data-driven innovation and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement
• Able to balance ownership mindset with collaborative approach to ideation and delivery

Responsibilities

• Operate as a hands-on leader and partner with stakeholders across business, data science, and engineering to unlock value by leveraging AI to transform Merchant Services
• Ruthlessly prioritize and deliver capabilities with measurable impact; align core analytics across the portfolio; create clear roadmaps and manage expectations
• Define prioritization across a diverse portfolio of products and stakeholders with Data Science and Product leads
• Drive cross-team delivery commitments, dependency tracking, and risk/issue resolution to meet deadlines and quality targets
• Manage a portfolio of initiatives across multiple products, balancing competing interests and business-line needs
• Mentor a team of product Associates for career growth and delivery
• Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics across the full product development life cycle
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, epics, and user stories
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to align analytics strategies and roadmaps
• Partner across the organization to uncover opportunities where data and AI can elevate the payments experience
