Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Merchant Insights AI Transformation team to shape the product roadmap and vision at enterprise scale.

You will partner with data science and engineering, prioritize analytics initiatives, and drive AI-enabled components across merchant services. Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making are essential to succeed in this high-impact role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
• Experience with Jira, Figma, Copilot or similar tools; mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
• Strong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologies
• Experience with Risk & Controls processes
• Passion for data-driven innovation and problem-solving
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to drive team success and stakeholder engagement
• Able to balance ownership mindset with collaborative approach to ideation and delivery

• Lead cross-functional teams of business, data science and engineering to unlock AI value.
• Prioritize capabilities with measurable impact and align analytics across portfolio.
• Define roadmaps and manage leadership expectations.
• Work with data science and product leads to prioritize portfolio.
• Drive cross-team delivery, dependencies, risks, and quality targets.
• Mentor product Associates for career growth.
• Analyze and track product metrics across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
• Build stakeholder relationships around analytics strategies.
• Partner to uncover AI opportunities in payments.
