Qualifications

• Experience with sales tax documentation and certificates.
• Familiarity with vendor W-9 requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP and AR operations in a high-volume environment.
• Supervise and support a team of AP/AR accounting clerks.
• Review customer sales tax documentation and maintain certificates.
• Collect and maintain vendor W-9 forms.
• Analyze vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Complete account reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Research and resolve accounting-related issues.
• Assist with accounting tasks to support the team and business.
