Job summary

Integrity Care Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team and ensure accurate, timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. You will optimize workflows, mentor staff, and provide insights that support financial health.

The role requires 5+ years in AP with at least 2 in management, strong knowledge of AP processes and compliance, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel. On-site position in Oklahoma City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in accounts payable or similar role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the accounts payable function, ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.
• Manage and mentor the accounts payable team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to purchase orders and contracts.
• Handle vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to billing and payments promptly.
• Lead month-end close activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Implement and maintain best practices for the accounts payable function to optimize efficiency.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics related to accounts payable performance to senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.
