Job summary

APMEX seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead a high-volume AR function in downtown Oklahoma City. You will oversee cash applications, collections, disputes, and reconciliations while driving automation and process improvements across a shared services environment.

The role requires a strong leadership mindset, hands-on analytics, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Local candidates onsite in OKC are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable or Shared Services experience required.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience required.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with process automation tools and workflow optimization initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Accounts Receivable operations in a high-volume shared services environment.
• Oversee cash applications, collections, reconciliations, and customer account maintenance.
• Ensure timely processing of payments including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Develop and maintain AR procedures, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Collaborate across Treasury, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, and external partners to resolve issues.
