Qualifications

• Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices in Accounts Payable with proper coding and approvals.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices; monitor AR and billing records.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule; review timekeeping and deductions.
• Support payroll tax reporting and related administrative tasks.
• Assist with AR reconciliations and reporting and resolve billing discrepancies.
