Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Handheld Scanner Support Specialist to manage mobile computing and scanning device fleets at customer warehouse locations in the San Diego area. You will configure, stage, and deploy rugged mobile computers, maintain device management (MDM) profiles, repair damaged units, and manage the spare device pool.

This role requires hands-on hardware skills, familiarity with Android configurations, and strong organizational abilities for inventory tracking and device spare

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mobile device management or IT support experience.
• Familiarity with Zebra or Honeywell rugged handheld devices.
• Android device configuration and MDM platform experience.
• Basic hardware repair skills (screen replacement, battery swap).
• Strong organizational skills for device inventory tracking.
