Job summary

Zebra Devices is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to deliver hands-on IT support within a high-volume distribution center. You will be the primary onsite IT resource, supporting warehouse operations, offices, and Zebra devices including scanners and printers.

This role requires 1-3 years of IT support, strong Windows troubleshooting, and excellent customer service. On-site work in Ellabell, GA with full-time hours and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of IT support experience.
• Hands-on desktop, field, or onsite support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting for Windows workstations and related hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user support throughout the distribution center and offices.
• Troubleshoot issues with Windows workstations, Zebra scanners/printers/mobile devices, and time clocks.
• Manage incidents in ServiceNow and perform device deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.
