Job summary

Litmus7 is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer specializing in lifecycle management for Zebra TC53 devices. You will deploy, configure, and maintain Zebra TC53 handhelds across retail and warehouse environments, ensuring optimal uptime through enterprise mobility management and Android device administration.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform RCA, and generate operational reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in deploying and managing Zebra TC53 handheld devices in large scale enterprise environments.
• Ability to configure OS, enterprise apps, security policies and firmware updates.
• Proficiency with device provisioning, NFC/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi/VPN setups and Android Enterprise enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and provision Zebra TC53 devices for enterprise deployments.
• Install Android OS, enterprise apps, security policies, and firmware updates; perform device staging using Zebra tools.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, and document SOPs; provide Level 2/3 support and preventive maintenance.
