Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting presents a hands-on Hand Welder & Fabricator role for a growing metal stamping and finishing specialist in West Bend, WI. This 1st shift, direct-hire position focuses on welding, finishing, and precision grinding of custom stampings, tool and die fixtures, and prototypes.

Qualifications

• Attendance, reliability and safety are essential.
• Welding basics and finishing experience preferred; training available.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn fabrication techniques.
• Must reside within 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Weld hand joints on custom stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes (MIG/TIG/Arc).
• Finish welds, grind and deburr metal surfaces for final finish.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and 5S workspace.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet production goals and utilize overtime when needed.
