Food Management Search, Inc. client in West Bend, WI is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator to join the 1st shift on a direct-hire basis.

The role focuses on hand welding, metal joining, finishing, and prototype work in a small, debt-free, ISO 9001:2015 certified shop. The position offers a starting rate up to $24.00/hr ($49,920/year base equivalent) with overtime potential, full health/dental/vision coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience or training in hand welding or shop fabrication preferred.
• Reliable daily attendance and safety focus.
• Willing to train motivated candidates.
• Residency within 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.
• US work authorization (Citizen or Green Card).

Responsabilités

• Execute Hand Welding to join stampings, fixtures, and prototypes.
• Perform metal finishing, grinding, and surface prep.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures, workstations, and 5S organization.
• Support production goals with overtime as needed.
