Management Performance Associates is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for a 1st shift, direct-hire role in West Bend, WI. The position offers up to $24.00/hr starting pay, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision and a 401(k).

The role focuses on hand welding, metal finishing, and precision grinding of custom stampings and fixtures. Requires reliable attendance and US work authorization; on-site work within 45 minutes of West Bend.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand welding, metal grinding, deburring or shop fabrication preferred.
• Willing to train motivated candidates with exceptional mechanical aptitude and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom metal stampings, fixtures and prototypes.
• Grind and finish welds, remove flash, prepare surfaces for final finishing.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain welding fixtures, positioning equipment, and hand tools; keep a clean 5S workspace.
• Support production goals and assist with overtime during peak demand.
