Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a dependable Hand Welder & Finisher for a 1st shift, direct-hire role in the West Bend, WI area. The position offers typical 6:00 AM–4:00 PM hours with optional Saturdays during peak times, along with full health/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k).

Qualified candidates will perform MIG/TIG/Arc hand welding on custom stampings, with on-site training available for motivated individuals who demonstrate strong attendance and teamwork.

Qualifications

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Must reside within a 45-minute daily commute of West Bend, WI.
Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card).
Willing to train candidates with strong mechanical aptitude.
Prior welding/finishing experience preferred; leadership open to training.

Responsibilities

Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes.
Finish welds and smooth surfaces with grinders and deburring tools.
Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
Maintain fixtures, jigs, and keep a clean 5S workstation.
Support production goals and utilize overtime when needed.
