Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in West Bend, WI is seeking a hands-on Hand Welder & Fabricator for a 1st shift, direct-hire position. You will perform manual MIG/TIG/Arc welding on custom metal stampings, dies, fixtures, and prototypes while upholding quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Welding or finishing background; welding/finishing experience preferred, training available for strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proven attendance, punctuality, and commitment to safety and quality.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn fabrication techniques.
• Must live within a 45-minute daily drive of West Bend, WI.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Execute Hand Welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) to join custom stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes.
• Perform metal finishing and grinding to smooth welds and prepare surfaces.
• Inspect weld quality visually to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain fixtures, workstations, and 5S cleanliness.
• Support production goals with overtime when needed.
