Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in West Bend, WI is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for a direct-hire, first-shift position. You will perform hand welding, surface finishing, and precision grinding on custom stampings, tooling, and prototypes, with overtime opportunities and strong team support.

Ideal candidates have welding experience, reliability, and a willingness to learn new fabrication techniques in a family-owned environment that values long tenures and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Qualifications

Welding or shop fabrication experience; training available for strong mechanical aptitude.
Reliable daily attendance and punctuality are essential.
Positive, team-focused attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
Residence within a 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.
Authorized to work in the United States for an on-site role.

Responsibilities

Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on custom stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes.
Grind, deburr, and prepare welds for finishing and final assembly.
Inspect welds and ensure compliance with ISO quality standards.
Maintain welding fixtures and 5S shop organization.
Support production goals and participate in overtime when needed.
