Qualifications

• Welding and finishing background or related shop fabrication exposure; training possible for motivated candidates.

• Must live within a 45-minute drive of West Bend, WI.
• Onsite work authorization in the United States (US Citizen or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Perform hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on custom stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes and laser-cut parts.
• Finish welds with grinders and deburring tools; smooth seams and prep surfaces for final finishing.
• Visually inspect welds and assemblies to ISO quality standards and customer specs.
• Set up and maintain welding fixtures and workstations; uphold 5S shop organization.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals and utilize overtime when needed.
