Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Hand Welder & Fabricator for 1st shift in West Bend, WI. This role focuses on hand welding, finishing, and finishing operations on custom tool & die components and laser-cut assemblies.

You will join a family-owned metals specialist with ISO 9001:2015 certification, offering strong team culture, dependable overtime, and on-the-job mentorship. Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in hand welding, metal finishing, or shop fabrication preferred.
• Punctuality and reliable attendance required.
• Must reside within 45 minutes of West Bend, WI.
• U.S. work authorization (Citizen or Green Card) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual hand welding (MIG/TIG/Arc) on stampings, dies, fixtures, prototypes, and laser-cut assemblies.
• Finish welds and prep surfaces using grinders and deburring tools.
• Inspect weld quality to ISO standards and customer specs.
• Maintain welding fixtures and 5S workstation organization.
• Support production with overtime during high demand periods.
