Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time Hand specialty in Hobart, IN. You will care for the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow, including complex surgeries, while maintaining a patient-first approach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists, use of EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation, and a balanced work schedule with strong work-life integration.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License with CSR/DEA registration.
• Proficiency in arthroscopic techniques.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists.

Responsabilidades

• Provide surgical and non-surgical hand, wrist, forearm and elbow care.
• Perform complex hand and upper-extremity surgeries as needed.
• Evaluate patients with chronic conditions such as arthritis and Dupuytren's contracture.
• Manage acute upper-extremity trauma including revascularization when required.
• Apply advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques.
