Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand to join our Hobart, Indiana team.

The role offers a full-time schedule with a Monday–Friday work pattern and a flexible schedule to support work-life balance. You will diagnose and treat hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions, perform complex surgeries, and collaborate with athletic trainers and physical therapists in a tech-forward, HIMSS Stage VII environment.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm and elbow conditions.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Manage call rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper-extremity surgeries (tendon repairs, nerve decompression, fracture fixation, microvascular procedures).
• Evaluate patients with chronic conditions (arthritis, Dupuytren's, congenital hand differences).
• Manage acute upper-extremity trauma with revascularization/replantation where applicable.
• Utilize minimally invasive/arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joints.
