Job summary

RRC Solutions Group in Hobart, IN is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join a well-established healthcare team. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule within a premier, tech-forward hospital setting.

Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm and elbow. You will perform complex procedures, manage chronic conditions, and collaborate with therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Individually eligible for Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical hand, wrist, forearm and elbow care.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Call rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper-extremity surgeries (tendon repairs, nerve decompression, fracture fixation, microvascular procedures).
• Evaluate chronic conditions (arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, congenital hand differences).
• Manage acute upper-extremity trauma (revascularization, replantation).
• Utilize minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joints.
