ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Hobart, IN is seeking a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with a focus on hand and upper extremity procedures. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule and a collaborative, tech-forward environment.

You will provide surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions, perform complex surgeries, and participate in multidisciplinary teams to advance patient outcomes while using EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery and Indiana license.
• Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm and elbow.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries, including tendon repairs and nerve decompression.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for chronic conditions such as arthritis and Dupuytren's contracture.
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma including revascularization and replantation when applicable.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive techniques for wrist and small joints.
