Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon focused on hand surgery for a full-time position in Hobart, IN. Design your practice around your goals in a tech-forward environment with a balanced schedule.

You will treat hand, wrist, forearm and elbow conditions, perform complex surgeries, and collaborate with athletic trainers and therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists.

Mansioni

• Provide surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm and elbow conditions.
• Clinic patients per day: 30.
• Call rotation: 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries including tendon repairs and microvascular procedures.
• Evaluate chronic conditions such as arthritis and Dupuytren's contracture.
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma with revascularization/replantation when needed.
• Utilize minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joints.
