Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Hand/Upper Extremity department in Hobart, Indiana. This full-time role offers a flexible, physician-centered environment with emphasis on work-life balance and a premier clinical setting.

You will provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow, with a typical clinic volume of 30 patients daily and a 1:6 call rotation.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions.
• Clinic patients per day: 30
• Participate in call rotation: 1:6
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for arthritis, Dupuytren's, and congenital hand differences
• Manage acute upper extremity trauma; revascularization and replantation as needed
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive/arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joints
