Job summary

Acloché LLC in Hobart, IN seeks a board-certified/eligible orthopedic surgeon specialized in hand to join our expanding team. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment.

The role includes comprehensive hand, wrist, forearm and elbow care, clinic days, and complex surgeries. EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation are used to support patient care and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license with CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with arthroscopic techniques and EPIC EMR.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow care, including surgeries.
• Clinic load: about 30 patients per day.
• 1:6 call rotation participation.
• Perform complex hand and upper-extremity surgeries.
• Utilize minimally invasive techniques for wrist and small joints.
