ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a hands-on Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in hand surgery in Hobart, IN. This full-time role emphasizes a balance between surgical excellence and patient-centered care within a premier healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include managing a high-volume clinic, performing complex hand surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Board certification or eligibility, Indiana license, and EPIC EMR experience are required.

Formación

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for conditions affecting the hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow.
• Manage clinic volume and workflow with a 30 patients per day target.
• Participate in call rotation 1:6.
• Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries including tendon repairs and nerve decompression.
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist procedures.
