Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners in Hobart, IN is seeking a board-certified/eligible orthopedic hand surgeon. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule within a premier, tech-forward facility designed to support physician well-being and sustainable work-life balance.

You will manage a busy clinic, perform complex surgeries, and collaborate with athletic trainers and therapists. Indiana licensure, CSR/DEA, and proficiency in EPIC EMR are expected.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration
• Proficient in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with rehab teams

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hand, wrist, forearm and elbow care
• Perform complex hand and upper-extremity surgeries
• Clinic load about 30 patients daily
• Participate in 1:6 call rotation
• Utilize advanced minimally invasive techniques for wrist procedures
• Collaborate with athletic trainers and physical therapists
