Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration
- Proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
- Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
- Strong collaboration with athletic trainers and physical therapists
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow conditions
- Clinic patients per day: 30
- Call rotation: 1:6
- Perform complex hand and upper extremity surgeries including tendon repairs, nerve decompression, fracture fixation, and microvascular procedures
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations for arthritis, Dupuytren's contracture, and congenital hand differences
- Manage acute upper extremity trauma including revascularization and replantation when applicable
- Utilize advanced minimally invasive and arthroscopic techniques for wrist and small joint procedures
