Job summary

Norman Regional Health System seeks a Certified Hand Therapist to lead specialized rehabilitation of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create custom splints, and develop recovery plans alongside a collaborative medical team.

You will supervise assistants, fabricate orthoses, manage postoperative rehabilitation, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning in a busy outpatient setting, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT degree preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• 3+ years in upper-extremity rehab and outpatient therapy.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of OT services.
