Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder. You will evaluate patients, create recovery plans, and supervise OT staff in an outpatient setting. Expertise in orthotic fabrication and post-surgical rehab is preferred.

You will collaborate with hand surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and education. Comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current state PT or OT license with CHT credential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and plan care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions per patient needs.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
• Directs and supervises OT Assistants, students and staff.
• Design, fabricate, fit custom orthoses and splints.
• Educate patients on orthosis wear and care.
• Treat orthopedic, traumatic, burn, tendon, nerve, and postoperative cases.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons and other health professionals.
