Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder in an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, develop recovery plans, and supervise OT staff and students.

The role involves orthotic fabrication, educator responsibilities, and collaboration with hand surgeons and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• DPT or OT preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• 3+ years of upper-extremity rehabilitation experience.
• Current state PT or OT license.
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Perform hand, wrist, elbow and shoulder rehab with evaluation and plan of care.
• Design, fabricate, fit, and educate on custom orthoses and splints.
• Collaborate with hand surgeons, orthopedic physicians and other therapists.
• Provide scar management, edema control, and return-to-work rehab.
• Mentor staff and students; participate in care planning and case discussions.
