Job summary

Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to provide specialized rehabilitation for the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder within an outpatient setting. You will evaluate patients, design treatment plans, and collaborate with hand surgeons and other clinicians to optimize outcomes.

The role includes orthotic fabrication, post-surgical rehab, scar management, and mentorship of students and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments; establish plan of care.
• Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to age and disability.
• Document delivery of Occupational Therapy services.
