Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (technical, engineering, management).
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience; 2 years pork production preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on assigned shift and meet guidelines.
• Direct routine maintenance and setup of machines and facilities.
• Maintain safety programs and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Monitor HACCP and USDA standards and manage shift schedule.
