Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical/engineering/management or 3–5 years manufacturing supervisory experience.
• 2 years fresh pork experience is preferred.
• Proficient in safety procedures and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees and coordinate shift activities.
• Maintain knowledge of yields, variances, and process improvements.
• Train employees on safe operating procedures and LOTO.
• Ensure high product quality and safety standards are met.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, vacations, and overtime.
• Review time and attendance for payroll; communicate objectives.
