Job summary

STF is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the assigned shift, ensuring adherence to quality, timing, and cost standards. The role focuses on semi-skilled and skilled operations, quality assurance, and troubleshooting, with direct supervision of the production process.

The candidate will direct routine machine setup and maintenance, lead a safety-forward team, and supervise scheduling, training, and performance across shifts in a fast-paced pork production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 3–5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years fresh pork experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on assigned shift to meet guidelines.
• Maintain safety or ergonomic programs to ensure a safe working environment.
• Direct setup and maintenance of machines, equipment, and facilities.
• Schedule shifts and assign duties; manage vacations and overtime.
• Review time and attendance for payroll.
• Ensure HACCP and USDA standards are met.
