Qualifications

• 2 years fresh pork experience preferred or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents in English and interact with USDA/management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production employees on assigned shift to meet guidelines for timing, quality, and cost.
• Maintain safety and ergonomic programs and enforce safe operating procedures.
• Train employees on SOPs, lock-out/tag-out, and performance appraisal.
• Direct shift schedules, rotation, vacation, and overtime management.
• Review time and attendance for payroll and walk the floor daily to address questions.
• Monitor HACCP and USDA standards and drive continuous improvement.
